The Uber tricks to avoid conflicts with taxis

While Brussels taxis are blocking the streets to demonstrate against the proposed new transport plan Minister Pascal Smet, officials Uber are satisfied with the plan but are providing amazing advice to their users. Ostensibly to deal with the "frustration of the taxi drivers" ... but probably also to prevent vehicles seized. Because the service remains illegal in Brussels!
Pascal Smet pulled his bazooka against Uber, transportation service with http://youtu.be/JGaBjhqyX04driver. Then in December he rushed into the shafts, the Minister now offers a Brussels transportation plan that "supervises" the Uber service, like others (Djump, etc ...). The Minister draws a legal framework where it is provided in particular that the Brussels Region will approve the platform providers, and grant them acceptance. The platform must hold (and make available the authorities) a register with the names of the drivers, their cars and made shopping. Drivers (including professional taxi drivers) must do so in a complementary manner.

Taxis are furious because according to them, the rules will continue to be different for an activity quite similar. For them, it prescribed by the minister are beautiful notes of intent that can not really be controlled and partly dependent on the goodwill Uber communicate such information. So the suspicion is required.

Obviously, in Uber, it is satisfied with what some see as a "custom law." The firm has also chosen to make clothing a press release jointly with the Djump application, real car-made in Belgium.
