Maqsood has quickly moved to 28 off 24 balls with the help of four boundaries. He is middling the ball well. Now Shehzad and Harris have started taking few risks and are smashing boundaries at regular intervals. In the last five overs they have added 35 runs to their total. UAE here desperately need a couple of wickets if they want to restrict Pakistan under 300.

Half-centuries for Shehzad and Harris! Both the batsmen completed their fifties and with that they have also added100-run stand for the second wicket. Now these two have to take a few calculated risks to up the ante.

Runs are still not coming easily for Pakistan as the batsmen are finding it difficult to even find the gaps for singles and doubles to rotate the strike and keep the score board ticking. In the meantime, Pakistan have crossed the 100-run mark.

Haris and Shehzad are set in the middle, now they have to accelerate the row flow a bit to improve their run-rate. UAE bowlers are still bowling at a tight line and not offering much room for the batsmen to go for big shots.

Both the batsmen have added 70 runs for the second wicket, and are going strong. Mohammad Tauqir has replaced the second new ball bowler and is bowling in tandem with Amjad Javed. UAE have to break this partnership to put some pressure back on Pakistan. At the moment Haris and Shehzad are playing with an ease.

First bowling change! Amjad Javed has been introduced into the attack in the 12th over. But he proved expensive as he leaked 12 runs in his opening over. Both boundaris came from the willow of Haris Sohail. Meanwhile, Pakistan have crossed the 50-run mark as well.

After losing first wicket early in the innings, Ahmed Shehzad and Haris Sohail are playing sensibly in the middle. Shehzad is playing is natural game which is helping to go for his shots. Sohail is playing according to the merit of the ball. But both the strike bowlers of UAE -- Mohammad Naveed and Manjula Guruge -- bowled an excellent first spell.
